01Who you are dealing with

Web Lab Academy is operated by Web Tactics, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this site, joining the waitlist, or buying a membership or session, you agree to these terms.

02Pre-launch and the waitlist

The academy is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy. Features, content, and launch dates shown on the site describe what we are building and may change.

03Membership

Membership is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

• Founding seats: the first 100 members pay the founding price for as long as their membership stays active without a break. If it lapses, the current list price applies on return.
• Refunds: if the academy is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded.
• Prices can change for new members. We give existing members at least 30 days notice of any change that affects them.

04Coaching and tutoring

Sessions are paid in advance and booked at a time we agree. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions and late cancellations are charged in full. Tutoring hours are used within six months of purchase.

05What you can do with the content

Lessons, prompts, guides, and experiments are for you and your own business. Use the prompts and systems in your work as much as you like.

• One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
• Do not resell, republish, or redistribute academy content, in whole or in part.
• Do not download or record lessons for distribution.

06Community conduct

Be useful and be decent. No spam, no unsolicited selling, no harassment, nothing illegal. We may hide posts or remove accounts that break this, without refund where the breach is serious.

07Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account.

08No guaranteed results

The academy is education. We show what worked for us and how to reproduce it, but we do not promise specific revenue, savings, or outcomes. AI tools are third-party products with their own terms, prices, and limits, and they change often. Check any AI output before you rely on it.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outages and changes in third-party tools.

10Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

11Changes

We may update these terms as the academy grows. The date above shows the latest version, and members are told by email before a material change takes effect.
