01Who we are

Web Lab Academy is run by Web Tactics, a digital agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Web Tactics is the controller of the personal data described here.

02What we collect today

The academy is in pre-launch. Right now the site collects very little.

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Your IP address, held briefly in memory to stop abuse of the sign-up form. It is not stored with your email.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (time, page, browser type).

03What we will collect when membership opens

When accounts and payments go live, this page will be updated before they do. We expect to hold:

• Account details: name, email, and your sign-in method (email link or Google).
• Learning activity: lessons completed, prompts saved, progress.
• Anything you post in the community.
• Billing records: plan, invoices, payment status. Card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.
• Coaching bookings and any notes or recordings you agree to during a session.

04How we use it

To run the academy: send you waitlist and launch updates, give you access to what you paid for, keep your progress, answer you, take payment, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

05Who processes it for us

We use a small number of providers to host and operate the service. Each one only handles the data needed for its job.

• Hosting and delivery: Vercel.
• Database and sign-in: Supabase, hosted in the EU.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Email: Resend.
• Video: Bunny Stream.

06Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When accounts open, one essential cookie will keep you signed in. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, it will be listed here first.

07How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until launch communication ends or until you ask us to remove yours. Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except billing records we are required by law to keep.

08Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and replying with the word remove works too. We answer requests within 30 days.

09Age

Web Lab Academy is for adults running or working in a business. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

10Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell members by email before it takes effect.
